- Who can join?
- Membership is open to anyone who owns property in Port Franks. Each membership is associated with a qualifying Port Franks property — not the title-holder personally.
- How much does it cost?
- There is a one-time initiation fee of $100, which includes your first year of dues. Yearly dues thereafter are $85. Dues for the upcoming year are due by December 1st of the preceding year.
- How do I pay?
- Dues are paid by Interac e-Transfer (EMT) to pfbha@execulink.com. If you would like more information about joining, send a note to the same address — a real human will write you back.
- What does my membership pay for?
- Property taxes on the beach, insurance, ongoing maintenance, the events you hear about all summer, and the slow patient work of keeping a private shoreline open and well cared for.
