A few common questions

Frequently asked.

Who can join?
Membership is open to anyone who owns property in Port Franks. Each membership is associated with a qualifying Port Franks property — not the title-holder personally.
How much does it cost?
There is a one-time initiation fee of $100, which includes your first year of dues. Yearly dues thereafter are $85. Dues for the upcoming year are due by December 1st of the preceding year.
How do I pay?
Dues are paid by Interac e-Transfer (EMT) to pfbha@execulink.com. If you would like more information about joining, send a note to the same address — a real human will write you back.
What does my membership pay for?
Property taxes on the beach, insurance, ongoing maintenance, the events you hear about all summer, and the slow patient work of keeping a private shoreline open and well cared for.
