MEMBERSHIP

Our Members

The PFBHA is grateful for the personal and monetary support from their members.  As a non-profit organization, the PFBHA relies on the revenue from memberships to cover the costs of operating and maintaining the beach.  Our members ensure the continued enjoyment and viability of Port Franks beach now and for future generations.

All members must be a property owner in Port Franks.  Each membership is associated with a Port Franks property address/qualifying property and not the title holder.

As per the PFBHA bylaws:

  • Any person or persons whose name or names appears on the municipal assessment roll for property situated in one of the Areas of the Port Franks Community (a “qualifying property”) may become a Member upon payment of the initial fee required to become a Member of the Corporation, which fee shall be payable in respect of the property.

  • Membership shall be limited to two hundred (200) persons.

  • Members may apply for membership for additional qualifying properties but a member may only have a membership in respect of two (2) qualifying properties at any given time.
